Summary
Former tenth-generation commander of the Black Dragons, and its current vice-captain. Inupi is usually stoic and quiet. That does not stop him voicing his thoughts even when doing so ends up costing him. He is deeply committed to the Black Dragons and loyal to Kokonoi, whom he counts as his best friend; once he finds people he trusts, he gives himself over to them entirely. He is brave, and willing all the same to show a vulnerable side and let someone in.
